Doug Brooks

Unlike others on the team, Doug did not start his career in the wellness industry. In fact, he would go to great lengths to avoid anything to do with wellness which, being married to Erin, was a tough task. In 2012, his wife's desire for him to be healthy
eventually outlasted his desire to remain tired, and unmotivated, so he began a health journey of his own, losing over 80 pounds in the process. Wanting to help others do the same, he left a secure career as an investment broker, diving head first into owning a gym along with wife, Erin. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, and a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in manufacturing operations from Indiana Wesleyan University. He adds experience, and education rarely found in the corporate wellness industry. He is
able to help clients navigate, and balance wellness goals with critical operational goals, and is instrumental in helping clients experience and identify tangible results through wellness initiatives. Doug loves to go for runs in the woods, is an accomplished musician, and enjoys going to his daughters sporting events. You can find him generally either in front of a computer, or chasing his wife Erin making sure her phone is charged.

Erin Brooks

Following her lifelong desire to help people be healthier, Erin began her career in health and wellness in 2002 when she began working at the Longaberger Basket company fitness center while still in high school. While in college, Erin received a
coveted internship with the National Institute for Fitness and Sport in Indianapolis, Indiana working in their corporate wellness department. After competing in college athletics, and receiving her degree in exercise science and health and wellness promotion from Indiana Wesleyan University, Erin would go on to become a franchise owner with Anytime Fitness, and continue to be heavily involved in the corporate
wellness industry. The franchise would eventually be sold to allow her and the team to focus solely on the clients and employees for whom she cares so deeply. Her desire to help people, and her dedicated pursuit of doing so means you can find Erin anywhere there are people. You will find her encouraging, motivating, and doing what she does best; make people smile. Erin and her husband Doug have three girls, 13, 9, and a newborn just a couple months old.

Star has been in the healthcare and wellness industry for 15 years, gaining a wealth of experience in both acute medical care, and wellness promotion.  She loves helping people get to a healthier place by educating them on the importance of diet and exercise in order to prevent chronic conditions.  You can find Star practicing what she preaches by taking long runs or hikes in some of the beautiful parks we have in our area.  She enjoys developing long lasting relationships with people and is an advocate for the wellness journey of others.  An avid lover of coffee, she frequents many local coffee establishments, and keeps other employees up to date on the latest offerings, and knows exactly when to go to avoid the lines.   

Maria's passion to help people began when she was in high school and would drive her to attain a degree in Exercise Science, and numerous industry certifications.  Maria also played college basketball, and enjoys working out with her two kids, practicing what she preaches.  You will rarely catch her without a smile on her face, and her ability to inspire others is contagious.  You can find Maria with her dogs, or kids, or with her husband, Justin just about anywhere.  But no matter where you find her, you can bet a foam roller and a barbell will be close by.
